An incredibly popular, compact evergreen shrub forming a neat, dense, mounded cushion. Features bamboo-like, compound leaves that are lime-green in summer and erupt into a brilliant, fiery, glowing crimson-red throughout the autumn and winter.

Adaptable; thrives in average, well-drained loam or clay.

Full sun is essential for the brightest, most intense winter red colour.
