A grand, magnificent deciduous tree developing a massive, spreading crown and smooth, silver-grey bark. Features wavy-edged, glossy green leaves that turn a spectacular, rich coppery-gold in autumn. When pruned as a hedge, it retains its crisp, dry copper leaves all through winter.
