In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data.

Pricing

How It Works

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST. 

Prices are subject to variation without notice.

 

Payment can be made direct to our bank account, by Eftpos or cash.

 

Our plants/products are supplied to you in a good healthy condition and true to label, to the best of our knowledge, unless specifically sold as second grade goods or damaged material ‘as is where is’.

We accept no responsibility for incorrect labelling.

 

Any orders contract grown or on hold require a 30% deposit and cancellation of these orders forfeit the deposit.

 

Omeo Nursery reserves the right to forward receipts and accounts via electronic mail.

Plant Size

How It Works

Plants are measured and recorded when first made available for sale as a guide only.  Due to dealing with living plants and the maintenance requirements necessary to maintain our product at its best quality these measurements may differ in time due to seasonal pruning.  If you need confirmed height then please call us.

Stock, Quality and Supply

How It Works

Omeo Nursery endeavours to supply quality plants.  Due to the seasonal nature of plants we may not hold stock of all items displayed on the website.  Please contact us and we will advise availability.

Freight

How It Works

Freight is to be paid by the customer and only available on a case by case basis.

Ownership of all goods supplied by Omeo Nursery shall be retained by Omeo Nursery until the purchase price has been paid in full, including any Freight.

Any damage incurred in transit must be claimed by the customer from the carrier concerned.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We treat refunds and replacements on a case by case basis at our sole discretion, upholding the principles set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.  No refunds/replacements will be given on discounted items and we cannot take responsibility for plants that have perished due to lack of care or being in an unsuitable environment.

Health and Safety

The Information You Need to Know

The Customer agrees that if it collects the goods from the Omeo Nursery then it will comply with all of the Nursery’s rules applicable to Health and Safety at that site. The Customer will assist Omeo Nursery to obtain a safe and healthy workplace where all hazards, unsafe acts and/or conditions are identified and analysed before being controlled by elimination/isolation or minimisation of the risk of harm.

Privacy Policy

Trust Us with Your Information

We take your privacy seriously.

We will not sell, trade or share your contact information with anyone. At the time of purchasing you can elect whether or not to receive any further communications from us.
